This fast growing company in the Financial Services sector has decided to aggressively grow internationally. To be able do to so, the architecture of the company's core system needs a complete redesign.

For this challenging programme, the company sought help form DNV-CIBIT IT Consultants to both support the ongoing redesign of the architecture as well as the development of a specialized Architecture Competence Centre in the company. This Centre's objective is to introduce 'working under architecture' as a standard way of working in the organisation.
Three architects of DNV-CIBIT IT Consultants were actively involved in various projects so far. Also, in-company masterclasses to increase the level of competence of employees of the company are being planned for later this year. This whole programme of support activities by DNV-CIBIT IT Consultants will result in a new architecture making the company ready for international expansion and competent to adapt to regular changes in the future with its own employees. |
