 Michael Kelleher
Mike is a Senior Consultant in the Knowledge Management (KM) Practice. Mike has been involved in research and consultancy in organisational learning and KM for over 14 years.
From 1996-2001 Mike was the General Secretary of the European Consortium for the Learning Organisation. He has been working as a partner with the DNV-CIBIT team in its knowledge management work with the European Commission since 1998. Since joining DNV-CIBIT in 2004 he has led our activities in the UK and Ireland. |

 - Mike is a facilitator on the 2-day workshop for the EFQM Knowledge Management Framework.
- Mike has delivered courses on lessons learning strategies.
- Mike is an experienced presenter and addresses key issues facing organisations such as: the retention of knowledge; creating KM strategies; the learning organisation challenge.

 Learning organisation
Mike is the co-author and editor of a two-volume book on the concept of the learning organisation: 'Facing Up to The Learning Organisation Challenge' with key issues from a European perspective. Knowledge sharing
Mike also co-authored 'To share is to multiply' an account of the activities carried out in support of knowledge sharing in one of the European Commission's R&D programmes.
Collaboration
In a second project for the European Commission, Mike was the lead editor of Researching Technology for Tomorrow's Learning, which was the result of collaboration with 12 research projects in the EC's e.learning research programme within Framework 5.
Communities
Mike's interests include the development and support of communities of practice. He has prepared a short article 'Sponsoring CoP's' proposing that CoP's can be sponsored to enhance the fulfilment of public policy issues. |
