 On behalf of the Health Foundation in London, DNV-CIBIT has developed a lessons learning web application, that enables the Health Foundation to systematically learn from its projects and programmes. The results of After Action Reviews (AAR), Significant Milestone Reviews (SMILE) and Post Project Reviews (PPR) can be easily stored and searched with the web application (dubbed Smart Part).
Flexible
The application, wrapped as a web part can be integrated into your Microsoft Sharepoint Portal. The web part supports three distinct ways of lessons learned collection. Furthermore, the web part links the participants in the learning process to the lessons themselves. Also, keywords can be attached to the lessons and the most recent contributions to the lessons learned knowledge base can be immediately viewed. Searching is done by filtering the lessons themselves, or the AARs, SMILEs or PPRs that generated them. The search results can be refined in various ways. |
