Building your Knowledge Strategy
Many companies are struggling with designing and implementing a knowledge strategy. For knowledge managers who recognise this struggle DNV-CIBIT has developed the special inter-company course developing a knowledge strategy. With a maximum of four teams of four different companies we will help you to develop a knowledge strategy that fits your situation. You will be able to use the six-step knowledge strategy approach and the DNV-CIBIT KM Navigator. Between the different sessions you will be asked to work on your own case. And you will receive feedback between the sessions. After three sessions you will have formulated a strategy that you can implement right away.

Target Audience
This three-day course is aimed at Knowledge managers, project managers; quality managers that want to raise the effectiveness and quality of their project organisation. This course can be customised for your organisation or network.

Business Excellence through Effective KM
Gain an overview of EFQM Framework for KM. Learn about good practice form different sector and use the course to learn how KM can be applied to improve your company’s performance. The course will offer practical guidelines to use the EFQM framework for knowledge management. In particular participants will engage in practical exercises and learn how to:
  • Create a focus for KM initiatives;
  • How to implement the Framework;
  • How to connect the Framework to the EFQM model for business excellence;
  • How to collect data to assess the maturity of KM in your organisation.

Training & education
Our services also include training and education in KM issues. We have delivered many successful Master Classes in the Netherlands, in London in collaboration with the business school of the Middlesex University and in Taipei in collaboration with Angel Net Universal. In several companies the Master Class was conducted for internal purposes. The e-MCKM, an e-learning version of our successful Master Class is now available with on-line coaching and support. We also offer KM Quest, the interactive KM Internet-based simulation to help you experience KM decision-making in a safe environment.
