Authoritative in the expertise knowledge management (KM), DNV-CIBIT covers strategic issues around knowledge that are necessary to realise durable business processes. Thanks to the DNV-CIBIT knowledge strategy approach you can combine and improve the knowledge within your organisation.
An instrument to focus knowledge management
The DNV-CIBIT knowledge strategy process was developed together with our international clients. We developed a simple, but powerful way to set up a KM action plan. At first this approach was designed in the late 1990s with ISVOR-FIAT, the internal advisory- and education organisation within FIAT. Recently SIEMENS AG also acquired a license for this method, which resulted in a SIEMENS version.
